UK pre-order options?

I am interested in getting AOC on pre-order.

On Play.com two versions of the game are listed,

Age Of Conan: Hyborian Adventures (with FREE Play.com Exclusive In-Game War Rhino Mount) | PC Games £24.99 Free Delivery |

And

Age Of Conan: Hyborian Adventures - Collector's Edition | PC Games £59.99 Free Delivery

 

In the first one that costs £24.99, it is stated that you get the following

 

Includes 30 days subscription
Pre-Order Bonues: (Instructions will sent on how to get your pre-order bonuses shortly before release)
Free in-game War Rhino Mount, exclusive to Play.com
3-day early access to the game
8 extra inventory slots

 

 

However for the Collectors Edition there is nothing extra listed, what exatcly do you get with the Collectors Edition?

Is it worth taking this up with Play.com themselves, since as far as i can see they are miss - representing what is available in the collector's edition.

From what I have understood the above is what you get from preordering, regardless if it is the regular version or the collectors. In addition you will get this in the collectors. Don't sue if I'm wrong.

 

- Ring of Acheronia (Exclusive In-Game Item) - The Ring of Acheronia is an exclusive in-game item which will only ever be available in the Collectors Edition. well to be fair with you ,id say .....you pay and get what you see.So unless they change it on their website ull assume what is written now.Dont expect to give you a rhino mount for the collectors edition,since they dont mention it on their website.....Just w8 first to see if they'll update their site and  then preorder it

Play.com have yet to update their product description, or maybe they are not offering pre-order goodies with the Collectors edition.

 

Anyone know where i can pre-order the Collector Edition and get the pre-order goodies in the UK??

Word of warning!!!!!!!

 

Currently, there is a huge debate going on in the Public AoC Forums. To put it in short words. Pre-Order people noticed Game.co.uk pulling the Pre-Order bonuses from their site, followed a bit later by other UK retailers. Upon investigation by one of the pre-order people, the retailers have verified that Eidos has ordered the Pre-Order bonuses pulled off the sites, because Eidos did not intend to honor these things in the UK.

 

Further investigation by a Forum-Member, a call to Eidos it seems, has now led to there being a signal to "Wait until we sort it out" from both FunCom and Eidos.

 

As of right now, the situation of the Pre-Orders in UK is -NOT- resolved.
