So say you play greenskins and your friend plays chaos... will you be able to quest together, guild together, and defend any of the destruction race capitals, etc, etc, etc?
Probably stupid questions, but i just wanted to make sure.
Anyone know for sure?

Yes each race per side is completely compatible with the others in questing, capitol defending, guilding etc.

Yes, around level 7 you can meet up with your friend.
Are you in beta and don't care about the NDA or are you just guessing because I haven't heard ANYTHING about that (and I try to stay educated on the state of the game)?
WHEN DID CREATIVITY DIE
The only thing different race does that really affects you is starting place, and apart from a fw racial bonuses here or there perhaps you pretty much share anything. Noone's bound to their own war.
I sense an break of the NDA.
Playing: Nada.
Played: WAR, LOTRO, EVE, WoW, EQ2, SWG, STO
Waiting: TOR

Even if he did he's not saying anything that hasn't been confirmed by Mythic already, he just gave a level indication rather than (in the first few levels)
They did mention in either a previous video or grab bag that you could do it. Its somewhere on the main site, can't remember exactly sorry. So they aren't breaking any rules.

Nope - its not.
Well, in contradicts my experience of the beta anyway. How i'm not saying :P
Well, since you guys are in a more focused beta I wouldn't think they were letting you play the other races sense they are focusing on elves so you wouldn't get the chance to try. That being said I am not in beta and I could be completely wrong about that. Pure speculation. If I'm wrong then I guess I learned something new.
I did hear on the main site that it will be possible.

Cool, thanks for the answers. Had a silly notion that races were made to rival another, i guess that removes that doubt.
Cant wait..

You're right that each race has an enemy paired to them. For greenskins its the dwarves, for empire humans its chaos humans, and for Dark Elves its the high elves, but although your race has its enemy (who is directly trying to take your lands and city), your enemy's allies (the other two races in that realm) are also your enemy and you can choose to leave you homeland to fight them with your freinds

Ah! Thank you. That actually answers my questions right on the money. Good to know i can help my friends lands take over another instead of being limited to doing my own. I didnt think that would make sense and im glad they are not limiting.

I woulda shut it down if it broke NDA.
put it this way, anything that they have shown in public and any information they have put in print or is already in print on another website is fair game to talk about here. inside information that you have from playing in beta that is a feature not listed (like talking about the new HUD) is against NDA.
anyways.... I will put this for you in WoW terms cuz thats all people understand.
its about the same as Starting as an undead in silverpine and going to play with your friend who is a tauren in the crossroads.... only now you have a better developed story and backdrop to play around. its not a 6 sided war, its a 2 sided war.
I sense an break of the NDA.
Nope, this is not a NDA break.
I'm not in beta but from the official information (and it is really hard to to find the source because there is no true central repository) the following is known:
1) You can travel to any other zone in the game once you reach your capital - and this happens turing tier 1.
2) The "level 7" figure comes from some recent article/QA/newsletter where it is said quite specifically that players will be able to participate in endgame sieges from level 7. They might not be very useful there but they can hang around and assist.
You can most definitely play and level in other racial zones. That has been perfectly clear from years ago.
As for people saying it contradicts their beta experience then they obviously have no idea what a "targeted beta" is. It is disconcerting how many people believe that a beta is actually a f2p demo of the game released for their enjoyment. It is not. Targeted betas have limited features implemented so they can be tested in isolation without other stuff interfering and so far they dealt with single racial pairings only.
