The PC i'm using has lasted me quite a lot of years bought it when i was 16 i'm now 21 and it's time to put this veteran down and get a new lease of life.
I wanna build/buy a gaming PC on a budget of about 600 pounds depending if they do finance or buy now pay later deals, I play games like World of Warcraft and soon i'll be moving onto games like Age of Conan and WAR which my PC won't be able to handle.

Is what i've come up with. Will all this be compatible and have i choosen wisely? I'm looking for an hard drive and a cheap monitor also. Then i'm going to buy my mouse and keyboard and other accessories as i go along.
Or would you suggest going for something like http://www.cube247.co.uk/?customise=9 And add a 8800 GT card which would take the price to 849 Pounds but also comes with monitor speakers etc.
Any help would be really appreciated as it's hard to decide as i'm new to this stuff.

Ya know....I'm not too good with the conversion and I'm not quite sure of the quality of that second site you linked, but that actually doesn't look like a bad deal to me.
I could be wrong though. In your first setup I do believe you can't go wrong with an E8400, I'm waiting for mine to arrive in a couple days, and you do have a few more options. Now, if you can live with your old monitor and keyboard and accessories for awhile you can come up with something pretty dam good based on that barebones. I don't think you need the second dvd drive though.
here is a link to another company I just seen, they seem to have decent systems if you are on a tightish budget.

I seen they had 1 system that might suit you and was in your 600 pound budget and comes with monitor also,The processor is alittle slower,Just incase you have to stay to your budget then maybe another option.
If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"
