Also gotta remember Wal-Mart may not be huge in video games, but they are extremely huge all over the world, so if there was inside info to be had Wal-Mart would be one of the 1st to know this! They have somewhere between 40k and 50k stores in the world.

they are focusing on console sales because they are more lucrative, especially for used titles as pc games often have cd keys that can't be reused.

The religious right here in the US is too busy making up their minds if McCain is conservative enough for them (and praying he doesn't take Romney as VP) to represent them in our upcoming elections. Once the elections are over they'll have more time to go back to dictating the morals that other people should live by and can get to writing nasty letters to Wal-mart.

More on topic, I haven't seen anything from WalMart as to a move-back date for AoC. I have one of their preorder cards that I paid $5 bucks for this game, and I am still being told to come by at midnight on the release date.
And for those who were wondering why someone would buy something like AoC at Wal-Mart, it is the closest "big" store within 45 miles of my area. The Midwestern United States is like that sometimes.
AoC can only pray it will be released in time or at least before autumn 2008. Otherwise it will be blown out of the water by ...no not WAR.. by Spellborn.
