Perfectworld, not Authorized to view this page

So I was thinking of playing perfect world. I live in USA. The errror i get when i try to load the bellow page makes no sense since I'm new to this game. Is it just internet congestion or is my ip really baned because i live in america?

    For some reason either your unique IP(Internet Address) or all the IP's from your ISP(Internet Service Provider) have been put on a block list by either perfectworld.com or by their Service Provider. Only way to find out is to email them at  support@cubinet.com and include the message you received and your IP address. They should reply with at least a reason why your IP is blocked.

     

    Edit: I just accessed the site just fine and I also live in the US so it has something to do with your IP address. I've been playing this version of PW since it hit Beta off and on and never had this problem.

    It may well be that someone else was banned who was using that IP before you. This happens alot when people have dynamic IPs instead of static IPs and/or proxies are used by other players which may have used that IP. Best bet is to do as Bren suggested and contact their support.
