Casual, sandbox, no grinding

I'm looking for a game with just 3 requirements:

-Can be played casually, that is I can actually get somewhere in the game with only 3-4 hours of play a week.

-Sandbox.  I loved the way Runescape was set up, so if there is anything similar to that it would be nice. Eternal Lands also had a pretty good skill system.

-Grinding at a minimum.  I absolutely hate grinding, so the less the better.

    Hi,

    At the moment there are online a couple of games who are similiar to the way runescape has to be played. But because you want freedom you could give Ultima Online a try. It looks old but the game is still great. Then there is Wurm Online, probably the most Sandboxy game on the market at the moment. You can create the envirement, etc...

    EVE Online, although complex, it is a blast to play and no grind. (like runescape) you can do anything you want.
