i just got the trial and i cannot decided on weather to be a jedi or a bounty hunter both look exstreamly fun but i just cant choose somoen mind helping me?

BH...no need for more Jedi :P
If you want horribly implemented, unfun melee combat, pick Jedi. For horribly implemented, unfun ranged combat, pick Bounty Hunter. What the hell, for the worst of both worlds, try both!

The combat is bad though and yes it was broke before the CU and NGE but was alot more fun back then with a nice comabt speed.

It's not the truth. It is opinion. Opinions such as this show ignorance. People still enjoy the game otherwise they wouldn't have the 100k subs (Although I doubt all station pass owners play swg but none the less).Bounty Hunters have melee aspects to them for dealing with things as well just showing this person has probly not been on since NGE was released making his opinion worthless except to feed other trolls.

Unless you actually purchase the game (which I doubt you will) you wont get far enough into BH to really do much with the class. Jedi is a bit more straight forward and you might even have a decent lightsaber before the trial is up and you move on to a decent game.

As constructive as I can be...
I would take BH over Jedi.
Taking part in GCW and 'group oriented' PvP in SWG, I had more fun on a ranged combat oriented character than I did on a melee based character (NGE-era, to clarify).
I think BH does more to help a group out than Jedi does, but that's just me and that's my opinion.
I know some people that would swear by Jedi in group oriented PvP. For the love of all that's holy, I don't see how they do it.

If you're talking 1v1... that's a lot different. I didn't really get into that portion of the game, honestly. It never really suited me in the NGE. Being a Jedi back when Jedi had to face BH's... that was different. And I would've taken my Jedi over my BH any day of the week (no matter what spec my BH was (CM/BH.. etc..).

It's really going to be up to how you spec, how you play, your skill level, and who you run with. After that, it's about equipment and the environment.
I have no experience in this game before but hey.....Luke skywalker or bobba fett?

Or you could make one character a Jedi and the alt a BH then see which one you like more. Or keep them both and have the best of both worlds you want to play.
