Just wondering if anyone has any info on the upcoming Fallout MMO by Interplay? I heard the development on this was scrapped but an interview with Interplay on XPlay confirm the game is still a go (and a 75mil budget to get it developed).

Interplay has hired Jason D. Anderson (one of the folks who worked on Fallout 1 and 2 before leaving Interplay to form Troika) to be the creative director of an MMO project. That is about the only information that is available so far, aside from the terms of the licensing deal.
Here is a site with pretty much all the available info:

We already have a discussion going on that here: mmorpg.com/discussion2.cfm/post/1935512#1935512
Not sure if it's illegal to post other websites but you can get daily info on Fallout related stuff at:

The latest word is that Interplay is still seeking capital for the MMO. They were/are hiring some programmers and I believe they want to create new versions of some of their properties like MDK, Descent, and Earthworm Jim. Whether that happens before or after the Fallout MMO is anyone's guess. But it's Interplay so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
That site's fine.
Gamespy did another preview on Fallout 3 this week. I've got to admit I'm looking forward to it too.

Since that is slightly on topic I'd want to add that the game truly looks awesome. From what I've seen so far everything looks promising, and I myself am looking forward to the game of the year.
