Lost disks.

I was thinking of giveing wow another try but no longer have the disks.. Will I be ok downloading the trial client and useing my login once reactivated?

    No, you'll need the full install.  You can only use trial accounts with the trial software.  However you can download the full install from your account when you go to reactivate it.

    What I would suggest is that you look at the stickied thread above about scrolls of resurrection.  There are several people that offer them for both the US and EU versions.  Get a scroll for the type of account you have and it will have everything you need - it will have links to the files to download, how to reactivate your account, etc.  It's the easiest way to find everything you need and you'll give someone a free month of WoW in the process.  It's a win-win situation.  I would send you a scroll myself, but I'm assuming that you need a EU scroll.

    You can also download WoW client from one of the sites listed on WoWWiki's Patch Mirrors list, and you can activate your account only after finishing that download. The links to worldofwarcraft.com torrents are links to the same torrents that official Blizzard downloader uses.
