Need a new MMO.

I need some help on deciding a new MMO. I play RuneScape and Maple Story. But Maple Story is boring and RuneScape...Jagex just messed up TOO much. Im a old school RuneScape player, and its not anything like it used to be. So..I need a new one to play and need some suggestions. I dont have the money to play a P2P only game right now. So anyone have suggestions on whats a good game that uses cash shops for their money and are totally F2P? Im looking for a game with a good ammount of items, pretty big map and decent sized community. Please help, Thanks.

F2p, full loot, full PvP, and empire building.

Guild wars is  a good choice to hold you over until something better comes out. It doesn't have the  noncombat skills that  runescape has , but it's quests, pvp and community are really good. Don't pay much mind to the community until you can go to level 20 arenas... That is where all the players are in the game because everyone is already maxed since it is insanely easy to level on that game. To purchase it is  around $30 but that is to play it forever when runescape for just one year is $60 for membership. There are expansions available if you decide you like it.
