My son is in the Beta and he told me to sign in on Gamespot and then the makers of Conan would send me an Invite...to the Beta..will no should bannana's.....So I went down to the Game store to pre-order the game and figtured that I would get an beta key when I pre-ordered it ....NOPE ...no bannana's ...
Maybe this game isn't the game for me.....

You can try to get into open beta at fileplanet.com but you have to be a subscriber and be quick about it cuz its first come first serve and sign ups start next week. And I think you went to gamestop which is not gamespot.
also, if you're looking for a free trial, just use a buddy key from your son once it's released.
AoC is definitely worth it in my opinion.
After playing it for past 24 hours Im convinced where I was on the fence before.
I played this weekend and can say it s pretty god nothing to get all worked up over. Decent enough till WAR comes out i think though. We ll see when the higher pvp stuff happens, that will do it for me. If it becomes a few guilds owning the server it won t last me till july let alone till War is released.
So this game isn't for you just because you didn't get a beta invite? How the hell does that make any sence...or worth posting here about? Do you feel that you are more important than the other thousands that have been following the game for years n haven't gotten a beta invite yet?
