1 post, 5 post and 10 post accounts are really starting to annoy me, there's nothing wrong with them but when those same accounts starts trying to gather demographics it just gets bad.
What they are essentially doing is crowdsourcing your community for work that meets their own ends, then they go around and return nothing back to the community while they fade into the mist. It's unethical and often times breaks even one of the first rules of polling where you tell participants what the information is going to be used for.
This is my push for banning of polls that don't fulfill a minium amount of information.
Who- is running the poll IE real name, real contact(most important, and not junk emails like yahoo), and any companies or facilities involved.
How the information is going to be used and what you're going to make with it IE research paper, board report.
Anoyminity, this is just a plain old given for polling in general.
One thing worth considering is not allowing general polling sites IE needing their own website or one attached to a .edu domain.
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.
