ok so looking for a mmo

so im looking for an mmo (duh) and i cant find 1 that i like...

 

last time i asked i was suggested guld wars and after a couple of hours of playing nightfall i got bored..

so im back :).....theres 3 things i want, dont need all !!!

 

ok so 1) i want the quests to not be battle related, how many games is it go kill ** of a monster,

 

2) theres non fighting events, i can get bored of fighting and wold like to do something else

 

and 3) good PvE coz im not big on PvP, and also a lot of group fighting maybe like raids..

 

im up for any theme and any thing else as long as it fits these requirments

     After much deliberation I decided to give EQ 2 a try, even with my pre-conceived notions of it being yesterday's news, etc.  Frankly, I'm just waiting for AoC but in the meantime need something to do.

     After a week of playing, I can offer you this.

    1)Awesome graphics

    2)Tons of interesting, exciting classes.

    3)Nice flow, loads to do and see.

    4)No jackass rogue hanging around behind a tree waiting to gank you(on PvP server). They have PvE servers of course.

    5)The best crafting system in the world of MMO's.

    6)Helpful, not great community. I was told how wonderful the people were, they're decent, not wonderful.

    7)All in all, a better game than WoW, but noticeably more difficult.  ie; Your mage won't be one or two shotting beasties of the same level as you, it'll be a fight every time and you may die.

    was dloading the trail a while back then found it how big it was, 10gig.

    You could give Runescape a trry ! In this game there are many quests that don't expect you to use your combat skills. In some quests you need to craft the King a sword or you have to make a poison so you can heal a princess... If you know what I mean. The game has no download it's been played in your browser and still it's 3D. People whine about the community but if you become a member(P2P) you will see that the community become a lot more grown-up. Another game you could give a try is Mabinogi, but if you aren't american you won't be able to play. The game is pretty good and I think Mabinogi is the best new game that is F2P aswell this year so you should really check out that. If you aren't American you can still play it by using hotspot shield by the way!

    lol runescape was my first rpg and thats why i think i dont like other rpg games quest coz they all the same, ill try that other game

    Lord of the Rings Online is very quest-heavy and full of lore.  Especially if you start in The Shire, you will find plenty of quests that do not involve a lot of combat.  For the quests that do involve combat, it's usually not "Kill 10 rats," it's more like "go find this object in these ruins full of monsters."

    There are Deeds that involve killing certain numbers of monsters, but you can just ignore them and let them fulfill themselves as you take care of your other business.

    The game overall is much more about PvE than PvP -- the two are kept very much separate.

    just released that mobinogi is for NA and theres no eu version, i dloaded something to make me play it but i think im getting lag :(
