EULA's are the same as the contracts you sign for in the wireless industry. If you ever read one of those then you would see it. You are paying for a service, and they are providing you with a service. It doesnt promise 100% sat. and due to providing some service there is nothing to dispute. as for as returning a game its pretty much the same with all software/cd's/dvds unless there is a flaw in the actual media itself(discs) or something missing ie. cd key they are not returnable once opened. to to the ablity to burn copies of them. As far as an oversight group that really not even cost effective. due to the huge size of the gaming industy. well my two cents anyway.
