I've recently been looking hard for a new motherboard to upgrade my rig. I've read in a few places that many of the mobos that use the nvidia chipsets are less stable. So I'm looking at a mobo w/ P35 or X38 chipset - these support crossfire and not SLI.
Question: Anyone think that crossfire is going to be a good option in the future, or will SLI setups continue to dominate? This would help me out in my selection.

One recommendation though, the 4000 series cards are releasing early as they are now set for May. You might be better off waiting to see how that goes since it is only a month away and supposedly the 4000 series is much more powerful than the 3000 series.
