Hey All, looking for an opinion

I'm looking for something new.

Been trying to decide between Hellgate and GW factions. Is AoC worth waiting for? I loved the Diablo series and really enjoyed 5 of  the 7 games listed below until they sort of "lost it's flavour". If im missing anything new that is out or being released soon your comments would be appreciated.

WoW - Retired

Lotr - Kind of playing

DnD online - retired

GW - Kinda playing

Eve - Tried ( not for me )

SWG- Tried ( not for me )

Coh - Tried at release ( not sure if it has grown in a good way or not )

    I'll be playing AoC when it comes out in May, you might want to try to get in open beta or beg for a buddy key in the AoC forum after release.

    Ya I would say try to get into the AoC beta to see how great it is.

    If your a big Diablo 2 fan Hellgate is a pretty good game lots of mfing but not to great atm because the pvp isn't very entertaining as of yet they are working hard and if you want to get basic experience in the game and something to do while iou wait its a great game because they are always updating it and its free other then buying the disk so you can always go back to it.

    I'm not really a guildwars fan so I will leave no comment on that and let someone else with experience in that game to tell you about it ;]

    If you loved Diablo either Dungeon Runners or Mythos might be worth a look for you as they are both very similar to old school Diablo.

    What would you like to do more? PvP,PvE,Roleplaying or everything?... I would say play the beta for AOC. to see if you would really like it. it has everything that a MMorpg should have. If You do not want to wait for AOC or your comp wont be ready to play it. then i would say play DAOC. I would say its waterdown AOC but its still fun in some many areas of the game. the price is very low to buy it to 19.99. DAOC/EQ was one my top games i ever played.

    I would say dont get GW. its really not that fun and after you play it for 3hours you get really sick of it. Zones are small,everyone looks the same,people change the classes at anytime ECT. another game that would be good is COH/COV the best part about the game is making the hero,skill tree but then it gets alittle slow. missions are the same .PVP is Fun but if you have a Mastermind then you own PVP.not really much skill in the game.

    but if you play DAOC and love the gameplay and you play COH for the 14day trail and like  making the toon. then i would say buy AOC it has everything in it. plus you want to ride a war mammoth into battle or even a killer rhino.
