Yeah, I think thats going to struggle, your going to get some bad frame rates. If I was you I would Ebay your 1950 and save up for a 9800 GTX 512mb there around $400 and for the price there very fast or if you dont want to spend to much a 8800 GT 512mb there around $200 + and its still a very good card.
To the previous poster. The 9800 GTX is 300 for the cheapest one, not 400. The only reason to buy a more expensive one is for the SSC or because you don't want to, or don't know how to overclock. Right now, I have it overclocked to 800/2000/1200 and it idles at 43 C because I turned the fan up. It runs CoD4, UT3, and LoTRO on max settings getting no less than 50 FPS even at the most hectic times.
My 3DMAX06 scores vary between 13,000 and 14,000.. I only have a dual core.. and I don't overclock my memory.

Contrary to the above quoted post, if the min specs are around a nvidia 6600 the OP can most definately play this game. I would say the radeon x1950 is a mid ranged card. I would say playing on medium settings is not out of the question.

Your graphics card will run the game fine, its just a hair under the recommended spec according to Funcom. I'd say it roughly translates to medium settings depending on the rest of your PC.
Unless you find alot of change down your sofa, buy the game without upgrading. Then if you want to have a shinier experience you can pick up an upgrade at a later date.

Minimum configuration (1024x768, detail reduced)
OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Vista
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz or equivalent
RAM: 1GB
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better
Video memory: 128MB
DVD-ROM: Quad-speed (4x) DVD-ROM drive
HARD DRIVE SPACE: 30GB
Recommended configuration (Up to 1280X960, most features on)
Your fine with that 1950 card unless your one of those people that have to run on max settings. The nice thing about this game is even on low settings the game looks good.

I was able to not only play, but be successful in PvP during the PvP weekend with an x1300Pro, I don't think you'll have much trouble with the x1950.
