Hello everyone who is looking for a guild to venture into Hyboria,



We are the Lowland Warlocks, better known as Lowar, and we are recruiting for Age of Conan!

Lowar is an established international guild/family that is going strong in different and numerous mmo-games since our start in 1999. In it's core Lowar is also a real life gaming club based in Belgium wich helps assuring the stability of the guild. Being active for almost 10 years now, it has given us the knowlegde of what we really want to accomplish in an online game and the experience and tools to reach those goals. We are a mix of relatively young and not so young, mature gamers. Lowar is a guild that stays !



Lowar is based on friendship and mutual respect between the members where we value both the online as the offline world. These are not just mere words. We respect the real life of our members. And because we value the friendship we also organise rl events to strengthen what we have built up between members ingame.



Although we are fully organised as a guild with all possible extras (forum, website, teamspeak server, online and rl events, goodies,…) we are not aiming at 24/7 hardcore gaming with maximum online availability and participation where progress, gearing, server-firsts, large e-peen, l33t sp34k and no-rl is needed. We prefer to enjoy the game and reach whatever we can reach while having fun with our friends.



If this sounds like a place where you would feel at ease, then Lowar is something for you !



Lowar will be active on the european pvp-servers. So we are looking for mature, social, fun and respectfull players who love being part of a guild and online gaming but also understand that real life is a big part of this.

    We're growing every day, omg Funcom will run out off camels if more people keep joining :)

    After 2 days of early access and trying both PVE and PVP servers we decided to focus our attention on the PVE server Ymir for 2 reasons:

    1. PVE servers offer alot more on the PVE side then we EXPECTED

    2. PVP servers are too crowded with wow-style leet whinekiddies who don't fit our wishes for a mature style of gaming.
