Graphics card which one..?

Radeon HD 3870 or

XFX GeForce 8800GT

Making a new computer to support thew new mmopgs such as age of conan and crap and was wondering which one I should get or if there are others you are reccomending I'm on a >200$ budget.

    Wait 2 weeks.  Pretty sure Age of Conan is coming out on May 26th.  Both ATI and nVidia are probably gonna pounce on this oppurtunity to sell cards.  I know ATI is shipping its 4xxx series which will be better suited to run Age of Conan then the 3xxx series.  If anything else the prices across the board will drop.

    If you do choose between those 2.  No matter how much I like ATI, I have to recomment the 8800GT.  The main reason is how many shaders Age of Conan appears to use which the 8800 is better suited for.

    NVIDIA's recent cards are beating ATI's into the ground.



    ATI used to win with the x1950, no more.
