Yes we do, and enjoy them sometimes. Some of us only care about actual gameplay. All of this is brought to you by a man who swears, plays metal guitar, jokes about dead babies and eats a diet of primarily red meat and potatoes.

Evidently, we need to pass some form of "gayness" bar exam to ensure we lack enough manly points to play these games. I wish I had known this...I didn't mean to be participating in illegal "Un-manly" gaming.
Yes cause maple story gameplay is so damn good right ? The only difference between this game and a 3d one is the 2d part. It still has the grind and very few features.

I'm going to give this game a try! I personnaly really enjoyed Maplestory and this game kinda looks like Maplestory so let's try it. Althoug it looks a little bit more gheyer than Maplestory in my opinion but the classes seem ok to me.
We do all agree that we would rather loose a nut sack than let ourreal life buddys (guy friends, dudes, bros) know that we play this, right?
Well maybe not a sack, but we sure wouldnt find it a shock to be punched in the face

I'm hoping that it will be able to boast good gameplay and features, but I'm probably in for a big letdown. We'll see what happens when the CB starts.
no offence fong but maybe i should restate this. americans would be more emaressed to let there friends know they play these kind of games as compared to the asian community. asians have made a culture out of cutsie anime but the western hemisphere thinks its a bit fruity for guys to take interest in. this is of corse a generalization, but it is 100 percent true. it can be argued but all in all the majority of gamers from the western part of the world would agree. people who only play cutsie type games from the western hemisphere are a rare sight. this argument if nothing more than a fun point of view so if youre insulted then oh well..i'm just chatting.

People can play whatever style of games they want, only narrow minded morons judge people on such stupid things.
I cannot stand cute anime games but i most definatly do not have any problems with other people enjoying them, do you know why that is ? it's because im not a pea brained ass hole thats why.
People can do whatever the hell they want, aslong as they arn't harming anyone in the process then it is 100% fine. Of course anyone worth a damn would already know this.

Wow, you weren't kidding, maplestory lol.
All accusations of manliness or lack thereof aside, this game is amongst the elite few that managed to convince me to delete within the first 10 minutes of play.
First, forced full screen. Hate that. Then it refuses to full screen properly on a dual monitor setup. Hate that, usually fixable with resolution tweaks, but this has no option. Okay, it's early beta, I'll give it a pass this far. Then, the character creation. Graphics are underwhelming. It's not the style, it's just that they do a poor enough job of it. Then I start to play.
The control system is a worse failure than point-and-click with no click-and-hold. That can't be excused. It's just too obviously a Maple Story clone that didn't even try hard enough. I don't mean just action MMO. I mean, this freaking game looks like it took the overly-Korean aspects of early MMOs, threw them into Maple Story, and came up with a huge failure in the end.
I'm just going to go back and hope LaTale is translated.
Well if anyone's wondering (completely unbiased opinion btw) this game is terrible. It has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, you could go out and get laid twice before you level up, the lag is dreadful (the game is hosted from Korea even though this is the English version...) and I think reading the quest dialog reduced my I.Q. by 60 points and gave me cancer. If you do love 2D online side scrollers I recommend waiting for LaTale hosted by online games portal OGPlanet. There's no real concrete date yet but, I remember reading an announcement saying "around summer."

Ok, let's look at the most likely reason why straight men don't like being around gay men. It's cause they are gay and straight men are not. This doesn't guarantee they will wanna push my poop in but its a good damn possibility they got it on their mind.
Heterophobic
Is the reason you won't find most lesbian women hanging out with straight men. You see most straight men if they see the female attractive will wanna bone her. But, the lesbian doesn't enjoy being boned by men, she prefers women so she will not socialize with straight men. This social division is known as heterophobic. In the same way a man is homophobic of gay men.
So you see gays love to throw out homophobic to straight men in hoping it will make then feel guilty and thus hang out with the gay, this gives the gay a chance to get closer a maybe push some poop.
So If not wanting to play a gay arse game like Wind slayer with some fruits is Homophobic? Then Tag I must be homophobic and proud of it.

I like this game quite a bit. Yes, leveling is slow... but I don't really mind. The game really doesn't begin until level 10 when you get to change from Novice into your real class.
