Collectors edition and 3 day pre-game

Hello all, first post on the forum. I've already used the searched feature and was not able to find an answer.

In the UK, I've tried to pre-order the collectors edition and no site has shown me a collector's edition with the 3-day pre-game bonus. It only shows for the non-collectors edition.

Do you guys know:

a) If the three day bonus comes with the CE? (stupid if it did not)

b) Any site with the CE and 3 day bonus on their website?

3 day early start is a pre-order thing

Collecters Edition has sold out at some online places

but Amazon and BestBuy Online still have CE
