"What types of monsters are there?
- Monsters are divided into five types according to the intensity of the monster.

Variety of missions System
NPCs in Secret Online would carry quests of their own, and players are sometimes required to assist the NPCs to solve these quests. All the missions are derived from the famous characters in the traditional Chinese myths. Completing the missions can bring the players money, gifts, experiences or reputation points.
A long and deep story background
With thousands of plots placed in Secret Online, and the many historical figures that now come before the player, the player can expect that closing one completed quest door will almost immediately open up another window of mysterious and ever-changing fantasy world."

thanks for taking the time to post this review. I really appreciate it. And to answer the other fellows question, I believe we can set ourself apart from most asian grinders.
But i encourage you to try it out for yourself.

LOL yes choosing between male and female and 5 classes is truly innovative. Rare bosses, that's every korean grindfest pretty much. You know what killing bosses for unique skills means ? Hours and hours if not days of camping. That is not a positive feature my friend.
Well compared to most korean grinders, this is different. The quest system is way more advanced than most korean grinders. For all levels, completing one quest unlocks another quest almost everytime. There are hundreds of quests and a rich storyline. I hate to say it , but it is a lot like World of Warcraft. It doesn't have nearly as many skills, but it has enough content to keep you busy. I've played 2moons, lastchaos, perfect world, sword of the new world, lineage II, fiesta in the past 3 years and this game has a lot more content and features than those games.
Just try this game out , promise you going to like this game if you have play WoW ^^
you were iether payed to write this post or you are seriously kiddin yourself that its something new to play. OP, you are posting a typical asian grinder that will fail due to most users on mmorpg who despise such games.
The only game that closely resembles wow is warhammer online. The asian cummonity likes to use wow to compare such games as to make them sound better when in fact they are all the same money marketing mmorpgs that are mad in a year to make a quike buck. no asian mmorpg is even simular to wow. not perfect world, not anything. end of story.
I say somewhat, since the game isnt open for international servers, so, things might change, but i played the Thailand server, and you can quest!!!!, "just like wow", from lvl 1 to max ( cant remember what lvl is...).
Yes, you read it, quest. And no, isnt all quest to kill 100 mobs. Theres a diversity of quest, just like wow.
Since i havent reached such an high lvl, i cant tell how mutch "like wow" it actually is, but the game i played, was not (mutch) about grind.
This game will fall on the same 'box' as Perfect World, i guess.

You want to convince me to play this game? Answer this simple question:
Does the company importing this game have the ability and authorization to add features, fix longstanding bugs, rebalance skills and classes, and generally make the game more appealing to an american audience? Or are we stuck with everything the Asians were too lazy to fix? I think Dream of Mirror Online is a great example of why gamers are sick of asian imports by now.
Look at games like Mabinogi. Nexon handled it perfectly.

Oh I love racist comments like that. To be fair, 'America' (as that is the only country that excists with Asia) doesn't really release any other games but $15 subs, so for those on a low budget or the ones that don't think its even morally correct to buy a game from the store, then pay to play every month whether or not they actually play it in that month, there is Asian exports, at least they release orginal games as well as the normal grind games. I don't believe many companies would sign over a game they have created and allow a translating company allow them to do wat the hell they want with it, as this could make the company that made the game look bad if they ruin it.
Im just gonna ask just for sports.Oh man up, Nancy. For one thing, European isn't a race, so there's no racism involved. Secondly, MMORPG.com is based in Hawaii, in the US (and just like hawaii the asian mmos outnumber everyone else). And for the record, no, you don't matter, so shut up.
As for the rest of your post, you would be right if the following didn't happen EVERY SINGLE TIME.
1. Lousy translation that, with every patch, is made WORSE instead of better. This says the translating company isn't even trying to do the primary part of their job. Last I checked, Angel Online was a fantastic example of this.
2. Long standing, game crippling bugs that existed in the original version and were never fixed. And they always say they're waiting on the Asians to fix them instead of doing it their own damn selves, like the item wipe bug in DOMO.
3. Profit.
4. Somehow they manage to ruin the game ANYWAY through the translation process. ArchLord took months to activate its namesake system for some reason. DOMO probably still doesn't have all their classes out.
5. They just flat out don't care about the game. When you see 20 different asian grinders on a website, do you honestly think they care about any one of them? No, they don't. It's like a used car lot. They get them working just well enough for people to buy item mall crap and then leave it.
And you don't think they'd let a company make a derivitive work of a game because it would make the original look bad? It already looks bad when all that crap happens time after time. I haven't even looked at Secret Online and it looks bad because of this importing trend.
Edit: I forgot one very important factor. The games ARE bad. Most are nigh unplayable beyond level 20, either because the difficulty makes soloing impossible and everyone speaks Portugese (Please someone, explain why this is) or because it's just so damn boring.

Well, true there is that we are getting those grinders because they were a " hit" in asian markets. Which i doubt they were. They are playing Starcraft and wow and whatnot instead

ok cant seem to log into site keep getting error, have had password reset but still the same, game could be good as it looks nice, but first it needs to sort out the log in and game download.

and not worth bothering with as i don't think a lot of Perfect World.
but there are people who do like them kind of things but its just not me.
This game seem way more interesting, it's still worth trying thought. The system it's disable on main page so you can't log in there yet. xD
This game has be With Held from coming out in the US due to Bad Negiotions! Dont expect this game to come out any time soon...
