Is there a lvl cap?

I used to play but quit because of the lvl 20 lvl cap. Is the lvl cap for free players removed now

You can level to 100 free. At 100 you have to buy a vet scroll from the cash shop for each of your toons to ding over to veteran same at 101 and each consecutive level after that.

The price used to be fairly expensive, but I was told recently the price is more in line with the monthly fee of other MMO's. However, rest assured you wont go from 1 - 100 or even 100 - 101 in a month.

I'd also like to add its possible that you can sell these cash shop items to other players now... but Im not sure about that. Last I played in December you had to get them from the cash shop.

Some people say they've gotten to 100 in a few weeks, but I've been playing since January and I'm about to hit level 97.

As mentioned, you need vet scrolls to go past 100, these cost about 500 gold (in the cash shop) each if you get 3 of them, and you can buy them in game from other players.  They sell for about 5-10 million vis usually.  Once you hit the 90s, you can pretty easily make a million vis a day or more.  Some of it you need to sink into new equipment, but you don't need the really good stuff until you actually do hit vet.

They also occasionally give out gold. They gave out 500 for their 6th month annivesary in January, they just gave out 500 as part of a contest for something or other, and they will probably give out another 500 for their yearly anniversary.

There also seem to be frequent events to gain enchantment chips as prizes - they can generally be sold for a fair amount of vis (if you pick the right time to sell them).
