Well I really do not have much to say, but I want to make sure no one else orders from these people.

I ordered a laptop off them about 7 months ago. I got it and on the first day I had a hardware failure. I wasn't quite sure what it was, so I called the tech support, and they did not answer. I called the sales department, and they did not answer. I did this for about a week, and finally I got someone on Sales department, they transfered me to the Tech department, and they weren't in. Finally, I called one day and someone answered. I told them about my problem, and he told me to open up the back and take out I think like my memory. Now, on most laptops, if you did that, you'd void your warranty. However, I did not really care as their tech support told me to. I asked him how, and he seemed to get very irrated and kind of shouted in the phone. I told him I would call back and did it. I called back, told him it still failed, and he got more irrated (I kept getting the same guy). Finally, I hung up, and just gave up on it. The customer service people are huge douche bags. I have read reviews after I ordered my laptop, and the same thing happened to many people. This is an untrustworthy site to get computers from, so heed my warning and do not order from there.

And also, do not get the 64 bit version of Vista. Nothing runs with it, and it will ruin your day =(
