The final hundred will be distributed on 5/6 (this is per funcom and not mmorpg.. you can read the dev quote in the first post of this thread)
If you confirmed rather late, expect to get your key tomorrow and you can't d/l until you have the key.

There's a link in the account place on the right side after u create it with your key, u dl it from funcom.

Sadly no. It seems that funcom wanted to spread the load of downloading over multiple days (the 100 per day thing)
