With the Elyos on one half and Asmodae on the other.

But where are the Balaur living? They are the third fation in the game so they should have a place to live but i can't find a place they can live since there are no more room left.

Either they could live in the abyss but i think that's unlikely, or they could live on the moon maybe

They were banished from Atreia to an other dimensional plane, but after they managed to destroy the Tower (due to a betrayal), everything changed, the world became this twisted apple, and in the middle of the destroyed Tower huge portals opened. Since there is no balance and harmony in this world since the catastrophy, the Balaur can create portals between their world and Atreia.

 

So they live in an other dimension, but they are expanding their territory again, starting from the middle.

I believe that the balaur have a huge floating ship which they use as a base to travel in the abyss. Im not kidding. Just give me a day and I will post a link.

There are more ships like that, this is a simple transportation ship (or more like the Cylon resurrection ship from BSG)!

 

You can actually attack these ships, and after weakening them (since they are organic), deactivating shields, etc, you can invade them and as a raid dungeon, you can clear and destroy them from inside!!!
