Looking for mmo plz help

I have played quite a few mmos and i am not new to the game type ive played runescape 3 years wow 2 years habbo hotel 1 year knight online 1 month star wars galaxies and guild wars 8 months

i am burned out from all of those i am looking for a mmo "preferably p2p"

    *here is my criteria*

Id like a mmo with lots of gear variations like for example warcraft thousands of differnt types of armor

i dont like every piece of armor being assaigned for a class like in wow and runescape you can were most types of armor they arent just for 1 class

Mounts are a must

player owned houses are a added bonus

i like how in wow u can turn pvp on and off

very little grind time

doesnt take 30days of play to get to the max lvl

 

what game would you recommend

i have a great comp so i can run any game you could recommend
