I think it might be time to upgrade

Just a mother board and processor or go for the full monty.

I've got a 3-4 year old computer in an old case and just not sure if the Video Card is still worth it. It has been awhile since I have kept up with the currect technology.

Ok then...

AMD 64 3200+

Epox 9NPA+ mobo 939 socket

PC 3200 XMS 2GB Duel Channel

e-geforce 7900 GTS

XP and Vista

Only problem I have with the video card is, it was supposed to be Vista compatible, but ended up not being at all, so I have to slightly underclock it to get vista to run at all. I even contacted the company and they refuse to fix or replace it with a slightly newer model. Not that it matters I use XP almost all the time anyway.

Any recommendations on the processor itself?

I was thinking of getting a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ to replace it, since it is cheap but then not sure on the motherboard.

i would go for a complete new build if you can afford it, especially if you want to play the new crop of MMO's on decent settings.  After you have bought a new cpu, mainboard and graphics card the rest is pretty cheap so you may as well have all new and up to date.
