Help ! game not updating

Hi all can some one help me out.

i have installed full client but it wil not update. so i downloaded the manual patches but also they wil not install so i am stuck on version 2.x and got 2 patches up to ver 16.x

I use windows vista 64bit could that be the problem ?

any help wil be welcome to get my hands out of my hair  

never mind .......... game deleted........
