Pages to Drop - Minstrel

Got my Minstrel to level 50, now I want to finish my legendary traits. I need Melodies of Valar, I've heard Angmar for the first 4 and MM for the last. I was wondering if there was any certain area or mob in these zones that I should focus on to get my pages to drop?

It used to be only certain mobs in certain small areas, but they have changed it since. Some game guides might still have the old info on them.
Goblins in the MM is quite a good spot... i got two books there
its the place where there is wargs surronding the area in a cirlce then leading up the hillside
