Just need to know before hand if this will run it, and if not, what should be improved.

Hi,

I really doubt it, your whole gear is obselete and low end it will most likely be a slideshow.

It will be hard to upgrade your gear DDR RAM, AGP cards and socket 939 processors arnt sold by many retailers anymore and went the way of the Dodo. Your best bet would be EBAY get a 4400 Processor, extra gig of RAM and a decent AGP card (im guessing its AGP)something like a 1950XT and a new PSU to go with it min 500w 20 amp 12 volt rail. But to be honest your better just getting a new rig based a round a CORE 2 processor because in the long run you will be saving yourself money.
