I've never heard anything but good things about cyberpower, however a RL friend of mine recently got a system from them and has had nothing but hell with the system and their customer support ever since. The system is basically a lemon, and their tech/customer support sucks. It's overheating like a beast, has since it came out of the box, everything is connected right and all teh fans are working fine, and all their support can tell him to do is reinstall windows and other such things. :P Oh, and they sent him a fan, so he even added the extra fan, still doing it. It's not overclocked or anything, and everyone he's talked to from Cyberpower about it has been a complete moron.

But all that said, like I said before, I've never heard anything but good stuff about them, more than likely my friend was very unlucky and got a lemon system. Now I've never heard anyone comment on their Support so the ONLY reference I have for that is my friend's experience, which is FAR from great.
