Technical support doesnt help. Can you?

Everytime i get to the game and click start either i get into the game and there no npc's/monsters and al i see is flat land. OurI get an "Data Recieving Error"

Can someone please help support didnt help and i really wanna play this. I was in closed beta, and it still didnt work then (was different problem)

I have net Nanny(disabled) anti virus(disabled when was patching/downloading. I've downloaded from ausgamers,fileplanet,gamershell, and took file from friends computer to see if it worked.

Ive also tried to ping it. I dont lose anything.

    Check your firewall settings

    Check to see if your connection is timing out as i know a network connection can occasionally drop or lose strength

    Technical support doesnt help in this game.  From what I've seen since CB is that GM's offer lots of excuses and "warnings" on forums but do not take much action unless their is a potential "threat" to revenue.  Don't take it personal that you didn't get help, they don't help anyone.
