Character creation screen freeze?

Greetings. The game installed and patched(2 plus hours). It launched(and I watched the video) logged in, picked a server, and then attempted to go to the character creation screen. The bar for "reading content" filled up, and thats it. I let it sit for 10 minutes, and nothing. I had to alt tab out and kill the process. Anyone else having this problem?

It was a known problem even in beta. Try again and it should work. But if you can'r proceed at all then it's a newly introduced "feature"
