why is my account banned?

this is so retarded...really i am pissed... i was hoping to play last night...i was in the forums on aoc and was asking about which servers to join. i left the forums and tried to come back but it said my account is banned....and until right now it still is...i put in a request to funcom but they havent answered...

what the hell is going on..this is pissing me off...anyone else having problems like this
