Someone toss me some info?

in Age of Conan: Unchained

It seems as though everyone is in and playing.  I upgraded my subscription (with the key IN the box), my account says "No upgrade available, this subscription is already upgraded to the maximum".

I did this about 6 hours ago and it's still showing me as cancelled and frozen...

What should I do and / or what has anyone else with the same issue done?
