Pre-Order Mount

Since alot of us that pre-ordered the game never got a pre-order key, does that mean we do not get the mount also. Because, from what I understand is there are 2 different keys, the pre-order (contains the mount) and the retail key that is on the back of the manual. I'm just really confused.

you have to have the pre-order key to get your mount. I would advise contacting the vendor where your purchased the game for the key or at least proof that you pre-ordered the game so you can then let funcom know about it.
