Any F2P MMORPGs that are easy to play

Are there any real good MMORPGs that are free, don't have to play very long to level, have different weapons for every level, and doesn't get boring too fast? Cuz right now I'm playing Fiesta and it takes too long to level and everybody who has the same job as me and is my level looks exactly like me and I want a game where even if I'm the same level as another person, I can still look different.
