i pre ordered the CE and i havent gotten a war mammoth or anything whats up with that? im so pissed

    type /claim in game. you should get your goodies.

    The bag is VERY helpful, as bags are friggin' expensive.

    so i jsut type in /claim at any lvl to get my goodies?

    that's correct. can't use the mount 'till 40 though.

    You can /claim on every character you make as well.

    Ok i to had  the same problem but here is what  i did went to where you enter your key for the game i know you already did but do it again sometimes it has to be entered 2 times now sure why. Once that's done make sure you upgrade your account from that same page. And when you look at your account you should see a pic of a mammoth a cape and a ring ok. hope that helps

    and then once it all done and you log  in the game  use /claim to get your stuff ok. Btw you can use /claim for all your alts to ok. Happy hunting

    Is there a reason that I only see the Mammoth icon... I got my ordered from gamestop on the 19th so i got the war mammoth, but i remember hearing about increased inventory belt.

    i do not see a mammoth icon, is there soupse to be a special seperate key for the mammoth itself?

    Yes /claim as long as you actually have the physical game you can get your shiz.

    Make sure you have put in the key from the box, the EA code won't work for claiming items in game.

    not all CE preorders had rhino/mammoths.

    the mounts came with predorders that said they have the exclusive item with the game.

    i dont have my mammoth either and i did the /claim thing. all i got were the ring and the cape. i got my game from gamecrazy in hollywood video. Do i need to get a seperate code then from them to get the mammoth?

    Guess that depends if that store was apart of the preorder gift offer.

    Just because u preordered doesn't mean u are entitled to the preorder gift, only if your store had that offer and in that case u should talk to them.
