Blue Screen of Restartation

I don't know what to do no more.. it happens every few mins or maybe a hour.. depending on how much god hates me atm.

 

It just restarts my computer saying its found a Virus or some shit and it restarts my computer.

 

((I have Vista btw)) is there any way to stop this?

    have you tried disabling your anti-virus program?
