What will grouping be like in AoC?

After reading much about AoC, I can't find a good answer to this question. Will this be a game where you can solo to 80, or will grouping be common, and by grouping, I mean groups that last more than five minutes to complete a quest. Will pick-up groups be normal whenever you log in, or will it be solo until you just have to have a group to complete a quest?
