PVE Based MMO subscription based

Any one know of a PVE based MMO that's currently out there (but not too old) or in the process of being crafted, I do prefer subscription fees just for the ability to be the top person in game with out having to purchase additional items from the company, and game support.
I got hit by the Blizz banwave today, and the lesser of two evils is now the greatest. Don't want to level to 70 again and try to get all that gear.
