I plan to stay in the US assuming stuff doesn't get too much worse, but I want to move somewhere to have lots of land to myself.

    Now with 57.3% more flames!

New Zealand, or not move at all - that's the options that exist. I'm leaning more towards the second one; Sweden is quite nice.

Id love to go see Puerto Rico, Morocco, Iran, Beirut, Istanbul, China, India and parts of europe. As you can tell I like to go to places with a bit of spice. I love the desert! As far as settling down.. Id love to move to the Philippines. There are places there so beautiful it makes me cry. Theres so much potential to make a living its not even funny! Not to mention my wife lives in those parts so Id have the protection of family

       Germany.

Seems like a good country-side, some wonderful and liberating social habits, seems like there'd be a decent amount of jobs available, and the people seem quite friendly.

        That, and Oktoberfest is awesome.

I would love to live in Sweden, Denmark or Norway...but Canada would probably be a better choice for me since there is no language barrier.

    Settle down in:

I love the USA, will always support and defend the USA Constitution, but the middle-class is being wiped-out while the middle-class in European, even Asian countries, rises to new levels of power.

The USA is becoming a 2nd world country, in many respects:

    1. Infrastructure
    2. Debt
    3. Taxes on workers but lack of taxes on the rich
    4. Perpetual war(s)
    5. Two-party system

I live in In the US, and love it here. When I visited europe a few years ago I was digusted by how dirty everything is and the smell of urine and mold is unbearable. I could not wait to get back home to the fresh air and open spaces. It really made me appreciate how Beautiful our country really is. We have beautiful oceans and mountains,  forrests and plains of open unsoiled land.. and it seems That empty land in itself seems to be the greatest thing about it. I could not believe how foul smelling those old cities really were. Yes the architecture is beautiful there, but I could not get over the stench of the place to enjoy it that much.  I guess the people who live there don't notice it since they are used to it, but I don't think I could ever get used to that . phheeww!

See people can say what they want about the US, but I did not come from a "wealthy "family, but yet because of American way of life, I was able to start my own business and make my own future. I have a 4,000 sq ft home  with a lake in my backyard. I have my own pool, tennis court, boat, jet skiis, 4 wheelers and 4 cars. I could do all of this only because I live in America. Thanks to the good ol USA, you can build your own future. No I am no Bill Gates, but I do alright for myself and am very happy here.  I would not be considered "rich" by world standards.. but the dollar goes alot farther here than other places. Trying to buy a setup like this in other countries would cost a fortune. Don't knock it before you try it. LOL.

Agree by far the US is the worlds superpower and that will not change anytime soon. If your gonna talk about debt then we should include all the countries that owe us money.........o right we don't make anyone pay us back but i guess were just a big evil country right?

As far as import/export yes import more then anyone else but also export more then anyone else but we must export at cheaper prices.

Ok so anyways for a country I'd live in Texas ;)

I have no urge to move from this country but I do want to visit Germany badly because I have Jewish family and want too see the camps and the wall and other war stuff as I love that kind of history.

I don't  think you understand what I mean by "unsoiled land" .. what I consider open space cannot even fit into any one country in europe, hell my state alone is bigger than any one of the countries over there. Every city there has been built and rebuilt so many times that there is this" smell" about it. Yes you do have have some of those things,  you also have a smell.. that I just can't get used to. It is in the air, the floors the ground itself.  We have lots of land that has never been built on ever... in the history of the world. It has a fresh smell to it that you do not find in europe. Though sadly one day with the population of the world increasing this is a luxury that will some day be extinct. I am going to enjoy it while it lasts.

Righhtttttt.... you realise what you just said? nevermind.

Anyway I would like to visit Germany, but Scandinavia in particular, as far as settling down goes, can't think of a better place than I am now, Australia.

You know .. I am not all that bright but you just made me look smart. Russia is not in Europe you hick.  And I am very happy living in Texas with my large house, yard, lake, boat, jet skiis, 4 wheelers, pool, tennis court, clean air and fresh land.. you can keep your stinky countries, I sure don't want them. Go ahead hate away it doesn't change anything, I am still sitting here all cozy in my vibrating recliner  as happy as can be. What you going to do? Kick your computer screen because what I said offends you? Get over it, if your mad about it go get your own fresh clean air and unsoiled land with sunshine almost all year around. Don't knock it till you try it. You go do that then tell me how bad it is. LMAO
