Can I run this game?

in Age of Conan: Unchained
Ok so I was wondering if I could run this game. I am able to run games like WoW, Guild Wars, Everuest 2 perfectly but I couldn't run Vanguard at all. Well my character/npcs wouldnt show up. I couldn't find a test for the game since it just released so if there is anyone out there that can tell me it would help alot.

    Posting your PC specs when asking a question like this one helps quite a bit.

    (PC Specs)
    AMD Phenom II 965 3.4 Quad
    8GB G-skill Ripjaw 1600mhz
    Nvidia Geforce GTX 470 1280mb

    I got the same results as I did for Vanguard so I am pretty sure I cannot run this game oh well guess ill wait till xbox 360 release

    Ok well since this thread already exists I may as well take advantage of it.


    I am planning on boot camping my MacBook Pro to play this game, and I don't really know if I can run it. I am completely ignorant to what my specs are or what they mean. (Keep your mac comments to yourself please... just kidding it's cool you can rip on me.)


    So what I do know is that I have a relatively new MacBook Pro. And uh this, I guess:



    Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
    Processor Speed: 2.33 GHz




    Those are the only things I really know about to copy and paste to you all. If you could name some other things to help me figure this out I would really appreciate it. I know this question is asked a ton, and believe me if I could help myself I would but I don't know anything.



    Oh, and I know that this isn't going to be an optimal set up or anything. I'm just hoping to run it on low settings for the summer at least as a way to kill time and enjoy myself.

    I ran Vanguard with the same machine I have now but with an older video card.

    p4 2.8 prescott (800mhz bus); 2x 1gb DDR dual channel (effective 800mhz bus)

    Old Card: ati x850pro 256mb (agp)  Locked die 12 pipes; some can be unlocked for 16 pipes

    New Card: Ati HIS x1950pro 512mb (AGP)

    Others with a similar machine are saying AoC is running well for them.  I was one of those people who actually thought Vanguard was good, other then the performance issues when entering dungeons; I did not subscribe.

    My desktop is similar only difference is a P4 3.0 Ghz so I may be able to run it on low settings...  Jut wondering if it would work on my laptop:  Processor: Intel CPU T2080  @ 1.73GHz (2 CPUs), 2046MB RAM,NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 256Mb, XP SP2
