Bought game but bring it back to store!

Bought game today install it patch it.
I got to registration and it ask for pre paycard lol.
I must buy game with timecard or i cant play the game.
Two major shops here in holland dont even sell timecards yet FREERECORD SHOP and MEDIA MARKT.
But the downsite of this is they lure you into buying there game but also must buy timecard 49.95+35 euros other wise no play.
So no choice when after month i dont like to play anymore no they force you to buy game plus card bah.
But not in advance saying this is deal game+timecard or no play.
Shops dont even know this:(.
Bad move funcom if i dont get card today from shop you have steal 50 euros from me but i never buy a product from you again.
Games played:AC1-Darktide'99-2000-AC2-Darktide/dawnsong2003-2005,Lineage2-2005-2006 and now Darkfall-2009.....
In between WoW few months AoC few months and some f2p also all very short few weeks.

what has credit card to do with my problem i gonne play game with timecard becouse i dont have credit card.

yeah try a credit card, debit card or i think they even take pay-pal.
This isn't anything new Evasia, if you want to try it for 30 days without being charged, go to your bank and simply apply for a debit card, its free. Also, I believe if you Do, need to get a time card due to your inability to obtain a credit card (There's only two ways to play the game, you can't just send funcom cash in 30 days in a nice envolope ) you will have 30 days and THEN the time card will kick in.

it says on the back on the box it the game reqs a fee to play.
well either u buy the gamecard or use a CC and cancel and get a gamecard.
They don't charge you until after the 30 days. I read something on here last night about someone putting pay with cash or something, that supposedly worked instead of putting in a credit card.
Well, that's your choice I suppose. But just like you can go through life w/o a cell phone, IPOD or a personal computer for that matter, it sure is a lot more fun if you have those things. Consider getting some sort of credit, check, or debit card and your gaming life will go smoother.
Look at the bright side, here in the states some companies are charging a premium fee if you pay them with cash. Next they'll want to put a chip in our head, I'm sure of it.
Hopefully you can get a timecard soon and play regardless.

Now why i should go to bank and also fill in my bank info?
I buy game it say one month free and when you wanne play more you can buy gamecard simple.
No they force you to also give your bank info even tho i wanne play with timecard.
But now i dont trust them anymore they force me to buy game with timecard or i cant play this if i dont do that, is very evil way of getting peoples money.
Its not smart tho becouse i was realy planning on playing this game now i will never ever buy anything from them anymore with this kind of practise.

It works the same way as if you enter in a credit card. If you use a game card that card will not be consumed until your free 30 days is up. It is mostly a verification procedure to keep the younger generation away.

Poster above you seem not to understand what im saying lol and for you yes i know i got free month and then can play on with timecard.
But SHOPS dont have them and on game there is no info that you also need to fill in bank number or can play with timecard but still you need also credit card to play lol thats stupid.
Why you think im playing this game with later timecard becouse i dont have creditcard.
Then they should ship it with timecard and say in advance when buying game and you choose as payment timecard YOU HAVE TO BUY GAME WITH TIMECRAD OR NO PLAY.
Thats very bad doing bussines.

When you buy wow you dont have to buy pre paid card ijn advance you just say onlater date ill pay with gamecard and you can play, no bank or credit card info needed its very simple.
The thing about age and then insulting say alot about all who do this its realy sad it happens but hey its the internet.

You fail to capitalize any first letters or the letter "i" and you capitalize words where they don't require it, so lets not be grammar freaks please. Also, insults aren't constructive, they just make you appear immature.
I'm sorry to hear the stores don't have time cards yet in stock.
Is there a number you can call for customer support to see if maybe they can resolve the issue somehow?
To me it seems like you'll need a credit card until you can get your hands on a time card. Sadly the only game that really seems to have time cards regularly is WoW. I hope AoC keeps a lot of theirs on the shelves.

wtf? Funcom will give you 30 days of freetime, but this has to be activated by either a credit card or buying a time card? Jeez man, i thought the mob only strongarmed people like that, talk about puttin the squeeze on, the way it should be is buy the game, play out the free month, then use a timecard or cc/dc, what if 7ya dont even like it, you just wasted money on one unesesary thing.

His complaint is there are no time cards at the store where he purchased it...
"Hey Funcom, heres my payment..." *slides it under the counter* "Lets just keep this between us, no need to tell the feds, ok?"
I do not know if they have it there but here we have pre-paid credit cards from like Greendotonline.com and Netspend.com not sure if you can use those where you live or if they have some sort of pre-paid visa or mastercards there. You could just put as much on one of these as you would a time card and if you do not decide to continue with the game just cancel and then you can spend the money or withdraw it back from an atm.
So check to see if you can find a place that has these in your area of if you can order one online. it's alot more simple. I used to do it my paying this way when I first started playing since I didn't have a normal CC back then.
Yes mmo's need a monthly payment, but that uasually comes after the free month included expires, by making the free month accesible you must buy a gtc or use a cc before you can even touch the free month is BS imo, i have played a lot of games where you didnt have to put in cc/dc or a gtc until AFTER the 30 days of free time included was done.

OP: You wrong. WoW also ask for Credit Card or Gamecard. If you dont have either you can't activate your account.

besides this question of yours i'd rather like to know how you managed to get a copy of the game when it wont be on sale in stores yet until tomorow in holland.
HAVE YOU EVER played any other MMORPG in your life? I HIGHLY doubt it.
Same credit card/timecard procedure works for just about every other MMORPG on the market.
YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO HAVE ANY MONEY ON YOUR CARD, it can be "locked" if you ask your bank to lock it, it just NEEDS TO BE A VALID CARD.
It is a PROCEDURE, nothing else. You can even enter a valid card with lots of $ on it, but immediately after registering your account YOU CAN CANCEL RECURRING PAYMENT, so the company doesnt take 15$ after your free 30 days.
One more thing: for creating an account in WoW, EVEN USED TIMECARD CODE was valid.
So quit your whining, and ask your friends/parents/relatives to help you out.
Boy, I'm so fed up about these "bombastic" titles, like there are some serious issues about this WONDERFUL game to make anyone bring back the game to the store.
