anyone able to access the main forums on age of conan site? plz hlp!

hey guys,
well i am seriously pissed about the way my situation has been handled by funcom since the launch of this game.....which has been unresponsive....and to be honest...this is BS! anyhow since launch i have been unable to access the main forums on age of conan.com ....i have sent support tickets ....want to see what they sent back?

We here at Funcom are extremely happy with the demand that has been for our Early Access program. That demand has been so immense, that we are now sold out! We know that several people will be unhappy to not receive their Early Access time, but please bear with us in the remaining days. So:
- All English Early Access has sold out
- Some Early Access still available in Germany and France
- All Virtual items work will work on valid pre-order keys

this is foul....i am not asking about Early access.....i specifically told funcoms customer support that my forum account is not working....and they send me this crap....actually i sent maybe 8 tickets.....and i got 4 responces that are identicall to this......
alls I want to do is to be able to visit the main forum! This is ridiculous..............
If anyone one from FUNCOM reads this please do me a favor and PM me...I want to get this sorted out!!!!!!!!!

Go to https://register.ageofconan.com/account and log in. Click on "Create or Update my Forum Login" and make sure you have actually created a forum username and password. This is different than your account login and password. After creation it takes about 5 minutes to activate.
I'm not sure if you've already done this, so if you have I apologize.

yeah i actually already done that. i was able to visit the forums the night of launch however my account got frozen, as well many others peoples accounts do to a miscommunication on which key to put in. (war mammoth)
anyhow i have since tried to create other forum names and passwords yet they all say that i am unable to view the forums. here is the exact message.
accountname, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
i have already activated it as it says i have succesfuly created a forum name and password...
By all appearances you're out of luck until an admin opens it up. I can't believe what a clusterfuck the various registration keys have turned into.
yeah...customer support for this game blows....been waiting ......lol....thanks though..
the fourms wont be up and working for a while; Other things that need to be done first. Are you looking for teck info or jsut game info? Theres other aoc fourms out there ten ton hammer got a ok 1
Hey they got somethinggoing on over there now ! just go to your funcom acc and click on the update fourm access link and then pick a new username and password just did mine and its working!!
I just tried that but it didn't work
tried it and didnt work =(
got to wait about 1 hour after doing it but its working for me !
