A question and yay!

Yay I can finnaly log on!

 

Game is running fine though I only seem to be able to get 8-15 fps in the city of Tortage on Low. My computer's specs almost reach "rec" Except for the processor . I was wondering if getting a new Processor would really help that much or is there something else to.

tweaking your video settings, to a custom build, would probably help more. for one shutting off shadows, bloom, and grass..etc. screen resolution plays a part, also. but probably the biggest change i noticed was changing shader model from 3.0 to 2.0, hope it helps, but if you have already done this a new cpu would help but i think the graphics card is outdated also.
