Stuck after create character......

Hey guys
Im posting to ask if anyone that plays the Europe servers is having the same problem as me?
I cant access the game because when I click on "Create new character" it goes to a loading screen that says "generating enviroment" or w/e its called and then it sticks there,Freezes there and goes no furthur
Please help
Im running Vista 64 without SP1 and the game asks me to donwload SP1 but I dont think this has anything to do with it because alot of ppl I know are playing Fine and dont have SP1
Please help! Wana play

happens to me and many other people.
set your texture resolution to LOW and play in window mode (uncheck the full screen tick box) hope it helps tho, may not always works.
