I would suggest FFXI if you are looking for a game that requires grouping. After level 10-20 in FFXI it is almost impossible to solo. Grouping is very much required. I always had a problem finding groups and that's what killed it for me, but others say they don't have that problem.
Vanguard also has a fun grouping feel to it, though it is not forced. There are tons of dungeons and quests that will require a group, but there is plenty to do when you're alone as well. I find that in Vanguard, more than other games (in general), people tend to group and actually hang out as opposed to grouping up, killing 4 quest mobs, killing names, disbanding all in silence. I'm very biased though.
EQ2 has a solid community and good group mechanics, though the latest expansion has made soloing all the way through very feasible. Fun times on their RP server though.
Those are a few suggestions. WoW, LOTRO can both be solo'd to max without much trouble. (Not everyone wants to solo, but when the option is there, many people take that route making finding a group tough sometimes) WoW's age also shows as there are less and less people in Azeroth and most everyone is in Outlands (level 58+) or in Arenas.
Hope that helps. Good luck in finding your next game!

Okay well my Pc isn't up to par with Vanguard. Not sure if FF has ytrial our what but ill look into it. Thnx for suggestions
Any other- i dont mind f2p just not texted based
I know you can pick up a $1.99 trial of FFXI at most Gamestop type shops. If not, you can order one from their website directly.
Only F2P that I play(ed) were text based, so I'm not much help there.
