Will I still get 30days free or would i have to pay another 15$ for that month?

 

would rather use my 2 year old account then start a new one and lose all my vet rewards

You certainly don't get the full 30days on your old account. However I've read recently on the official forums, and they seemed pretty authoritative, that you do get 14 days extended playtime by adding/registering the key from the RoK all-in-one pack.
